Information in Society - IL10110

The module coordinator is Anoush Simon. A lecture offering an introduction to e-resources in the 21st Century and electronic publishing is given by Chris Armstrong in the 5th or 6th week of the module. The lecture covers most aspects of the 'new' information sources (RSS, weblogs, folksonomies, etc), electronic publication of e-journals and e-books, and also touches on digitisation and the publication of web sites.
